Overslept: banks want to withdraw money from the accounts of Russians

Russian banks intend to qualify to deduct the fee and loan payments from the accounts of those clients with whom they were not able to contact and accordingly to update the data. Bankers believe that in this way will help customers to avoid penalties and fines if they did not notify the financial institution about the change of personal data.
