The people of Russia free access to socially significant sites

The Ministry has decided on six months to extend the experiment to provide citizens with free access to the Internet — we are talking about sites that are recognized as socially significant and included in the appropriate register. Such resources have developed a unified organizational, technical and content requirements, and their number in the near future will increase. Experts believe that the public Internet could become for Russia a kind of national idea and to guarantee the country a bright future.
