The Ministry of communications has developed a system of identifying patients with coronavirus by geolocation

The communications Ministry has developed a tracking algorithm those people who over the past two weeks to contact everyone infected with the coronavirus COVID-19 a resident of Russia. We will be using geolocation and information from mobile operators. This will be done to monitor compliance with the regime of self-isolation by those to whom it is prescribed.
