Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko on July 3 published an open appeal to the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on her page on the social network Facebook, in which she asked to release the Belarusian opposition, whom Savcheno called prisoners of conscience.
