Asked to return: foreign Ministry demands money from Russian tourists

Several thousand Russians received notification on the portal that they need to return to the state money unnecessarily listed. These messages came to citizens who themselves returned from abroad and had reported his arrival to the authorities, who have listed them with material assistance.
