New airport terminal to be built in Riga for 6 million euros


DHL is building a new terminal for storage and sorting of cargo on the territory of Riga International Airport. About it writes on May 27 portal Dienas Business. According to journalists, the total cost of the project is 6 million euros, 3.3 million euros of them is a loan of one of the Latvian banks. The area of the new terminal and bureau at Riga airport will be 4500 square meters. The project is expected to strengthen Riga's position as a logistics centre for freight transport in the Baltics.
